Riho Sibul is among the most exceptional Estonian musicians, who belongs quite literally to the gold reserves of our music. He finished his solo album shortly before his passing last year, a collaboration with Arvo Urb, Ain Agan, Raul Vaigla, and Toomas Rull, which was originally planned to be released that same year. The NGO Kuukitarr, established to honour and carry on Riho Sibul’s musical and spiritual legacy, will be releasing the album this fall.

The premiere of the album “Viimane” will take place during the Viljandi Guitar Festival, where Riho Sibul will be remembered by his closest friends. Following this, there will be a concert dedicated to Riho, performed by the ensemble “Laulvad Kitarrid,” with whom Riho had previously performed with at the Guitar Festival.
