Máté Palásti (HUN) will perform at the Viljandi Guitar Festival on October 21.
Máté Palásti, Hungarian guitarist – as the former student of the guitar master Ferenc Snétberger – have had the opportunity to play music with Richard Bona, Paolo Vinaccia and other great musicians.
Roma roots are very important in his life, and influence his music. He plays jazz, latin, Brazilian, flamenco music with lots of Hungarian folk elements and his improvisation skills make his music unique. The continuous concert invitations inspire him a lot to show his colourful musical dimension on his beloved Benedetto guitar. Palásti plays on a Benedetto Bambino Deluxe jazz guitar built especially for him by the Benedetto Guitars, Inc. of Savannah.
